Or maybe you are in the wrong shoes. <br /><br />Have you seen a doctor or physical therapist or chiropractor? It's always fun watching video posts from bloggers, you just get a truer sense of the individual. You remind me a lot of my daughter, but more of my niece Ashley. You're about their age. <br /><br />Anyway. I really think you're on the right track by increasing the strength in your hips. A lot of knee pain comes from over stressed calves because when our hips are not strong enough during a run to maintain form and leg turnover, our calves try to pick up the slack of propelling us forward. A lot of runners with weaker hips will constantly struggle with ankle, calf, and knee pain. The hips are the main drive train of our running motion, but if they're not where they should be, everything else seems to suffer. Anyway - that's my two cents.
