Working Out Never Felt So Good!
Friday I got to workout and for some reason it just felt really good and left me feeling motivated and energetic!! :) My dad got a weight machine after Christmas to help with his 2012 Resolution of getting fit and I finally got to use it Friday!! :) I started out with a .5 mile warm up and then did 30 minutes of random weight lifting… whatever I felt like doing, i did lol… followed by a 2 mile run. After that I did 10 minutes of ab work and .5 miles for a cool down. Aren’t you all excited that this blog finally has some running related material? ;) lol… here are some pics from Friday:

ReplyDeleteYou have such internal motivation - I could never bust out a weight workout at home . . . or heck, not even a treadmill run for that matter. GREAT job!!!!!
