Those are what I decided to do Saturday instead of a flat 7 miles… my legs are still sore! lol… I hadn’t run on anything but the relatively flat bike trail or treadmill this year and since I only have a little over a month left til the half marathon, I decided I needed to jump start my legs with a hill workout! lol… here’s the stats:
