I found an April Challenge called “Gorgeous Gams and Bangin’ Booty Challenge” over on Fit and Healthy with Debbie. You are supposed to do each day 3xs each and then you rest on Sundays. I’ve been taking it slow and only doing it when I workout… it’s called being lazy careful about my knee pain. I’m hoping that strengthening my glutes and hips and evening out the muscles in my legs will somehow resolve my knee pain issue!

Unfortunately I have no plans to race at all this year… we shall see towards the second half, but I am just trying to get back into shape and figure out my knee pain!
