So I’ve really been enjoying getting to do my workouts outside lately! :) Yesterday was no different! Well… there was a difference, but it was the temperature!! Yesterday when I worked out it was 66* instead of 83*! It was nice!! :)
My workout consisted of:
- .5 mile warmup in 5:51
- Bangin’ Booty Challenge (BBC) Day #9
(included 3 X (5 burpees, 25 alternating lunges, 45 sec plank, 10 glute bridges, and 30
sec wall sit)
- 30 Day Fast Start with Jackie
(Upper/Lower/Abs) – 4 tiers of each pyramid
- .5 mile cooldown in 5:57
- Foam Roll/Stretch/Stick
(I think this part takes almost as long as my workouts do!)
So yeah… I’ve been getting reacquainted with my foam roller… if you’ve been reading for a while you may remember the post where my foam roller was going to be the best man in my wedding cuz we were besties… yeah, it’s been a year since we’ve talked… sad day! We’ve made it a love triangle by adding in Mr. Stick… but he’s kinda abusive so I don’t know if he’ll be hanging around much longer ;)
